About The Story-telling Mom

Stories made me what I am today. I still remember my fascination for tales of far away lands, evil witches and brave warriors. And when I saw the same fascination in my son, I resolved to nurture it further. So, here I present stories that I keep cooking for my child. Awesome things are meant to be shared, right? I am doing ย just that.

If you make sure none of your lessons to your children goes without a story,

your kids will ensure none of those lessons are forgotten.

One of the best ideas for a blog I’ve seen so far.

I have a 2.8 years son and yes I tell him stories too at bedtime. He particularly love the stories from my childhood. Thanks to him, all the lovely tales my mum used to tell me when I was a little kid are now comming back to me.

Keep the stories rolling. One day he’d be telling them to his kids and remembering You lovingly and thankfully.

    • I am honored, Javed. My son is exactly the same age and is equally curious for stories. Hence the inspiration for this blog. Hope some of them reaches your son as well. Thanks for the feedback. Keep reading.

One thing: I guess the link to your grown up blog is wrong… When I click on it I come back to this blog… Maybe it’s just me? Anyways, I found it on Google and can’t wait to read it. ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Here’s another link that tells why Zebra ang Giraffe stay together. Scroll down to the giraffe section for the answer. And hey! I visited your blog and found it terrific!! Random, yet pleasant. Sadly its on blogger and I am on wordpress, we wont be able to follow each other’s blog. But I have liked your FB page too. So I can keep myself updated with any new post you come up with. ๐Ÿ™‚
